released Album?
When you release/distribution a album, there
is a message box indicate where you executable file located.
Q3 It can
not play Mp3 , why?
AlbumDIY need install high
version windows media player when you play Mp3 in Win95 ,
Win98 or Windows NT.
Q4 Does
AlbumDIY modify my original picture files when I use AlbumDIY?
No ,AlbumDIY did nothing on
your original picture files .
Q5 I
want to create a CD of my Album in AlbumDIY. Can I do this?
AlbumDIY does not currently
have a function which allows you to create a CD of your Album.
You can use a CD-burning software to create the CD. The
CD-burning function has been submitted to Development for
consideration in future versions of AlbumDIY.
Q6 How to
install the art plug-in?
Down load art plug-in from our web, then run
the downloaded file.
Q7 How do I get several
pictures on one page?
Please use "Insert/New Picture..."
to get picture on current page.
Q8 Can I copy
released Album on a disc to send to my friend?
AlbumDIY
is a tool to
create digital photo albums that can be distributed as .EXE
file. You can distribute this EXE file in many ways,
e-mail, floppy disk , harddisk , CD-ROM ...

When I added all the pictures from a folder at the same time,
I got 2 pictures on each photo album page. How can I get just
one picture per page?
AlbumDIY will auto place
pictures on each photo album page depend on the size of your
pictures. You can use "cut object" and "paste
object" command to adjust it. The future version AlbumDIY
will give you an option enable you to get one picture per
page.

How can I translate AlbumDIY to my own language?
You can translate AlbumDIY to
any language, do it yourself in minutes .
Step1: Locate the directory
"...\Program Files\Visimon Ltd\language"
Step2 :Replicate default.ini, rename
the replicated file to your language name,say: French.ini
Step3: Open the replicated file use
Microsoft's Notepad
Step4: Modify "info"
paragraph. For example:
Language=French
Design=Your name
TranslaterID=Your email
When you run AlbumDIY ,open "About
Language Skin" Dialog you will find your name and your
e-mail address.
Step5:Modify "String"
paragraph . For example:
&File=&????
&New

Some Tips:
Geez...
what the heck are those symbols,such as %d,%s?
- The symbols help the software know what
to do. So basically don't worry about them and just leave
them all in.
- One symbol you will want to know about,
though, is "&". When "&" is
typed before a letter, for example "Re&gister",
the letter becomes underlined on the regular interface
screen. So, you would see "Register" on the
regular interface screen.
- Do not add any carriage returns! Type
only single lines. You can use "Word Wrap"
option to help if you'd like.
